Pilates for Beginners
Learn about movement, alignment, and core control to help reduce stiffness and pain and make you feel taller and stronger. Pilates for beginners is suitable for all ages (14+) and abilities. We recommend booking a block of four classes, 1 per week, to see maximum benefit.
Buff Bones
Osteoporosis and Osteopenia are widespread conditions which affect the density and strength of the bones. Half of women 50+, and half of men 60+ are at risk. However, it is preventable. My bone health class teaches you to strengthen areas susceptible to bone mineral loss in a safe and effective way. Suitable for all, and ideal to lessen your risk of falling.
Pilates (Intermediate Level)
Our intermediate Pilates offering is ideal for those with previous experience of Pilates, or those who are used to exercising regularly. Learn more advanced moves to further challenge your strength and flexibility.
Post-Natal Pilates
Fitness meets socialising at Post-natal Pilates! Bring your baby, meet other new mums and exercise to strengthen and reconnect with your postnatal body in a safe, fun and supportive atmosphere. Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum, and after being cleared to exercise. All non-crawling babies are welcome. We invite you to stay on to chat with other mums after these sessions.
